These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by RL Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to web design, web development, hosting, maintenance, videography, photography, graphic design, branding, and digital content creation.

By purchasing our services or entering into an agreement with RL Studios, you agree to these Terms.


1. Services

RL Studios provides creative and digital services including:

  • Website design and development

  • Website hosting and maintenance

  • Videography and video editing

  • Photography and image editing

  • Graphic design and branding services


Each project will be agreed in writing before work begins, including scope, pricing, and timelines.


2. Payments

  • A deposit may be required before work begins (typically 30–50% unless otherwise agreed).

  • Full payment terms will be stated on invoices or proposals.

  • Final files, websites, or deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received.

  • Late payments may result in paused work or additional fees.


3. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated in a project agreement:

  • Projects include a reasonable number of revisions.

  • Additional revisions beyond agreed scope may incur extra charges.


4. Ownership & Rights

  • Once full payment is received, the client owns the final delivered work unless otherwise stated.

  • RL Studios reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.


5. Hosting & Maintenance (Web Services)

  • Hosting and maintenance services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

  • If payments are not received, hosting may be suspended or websites taken offline after notice.

  • RL Studios is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers.


6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started.

  • If a project is cancelled by the client, payment is required for all work completed up to the cancellation point.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once digital work has begun.


7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide all necessary content (text, images, branding assets, etc.) on time

  • Respond to feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe

  • Ensure they have rights to any content supplied

Delays in communication may affect project timelines.


8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or services (e.g. hosting providers, software platforms, plugins). RL Studios is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.


9. Liability

RL Studios is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or business due to website downtime

  • Errors caused by incorrect client-provided content

  • Issues arising from third-party services or platforms


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
